The hotel had a pretty good location, especially during the day since it was close to Calle Florida and Casa Rosada. The rooms were okay, but didn't match the pictures on the booking site and overlooked a derelict building. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly in the afternoons, but not as cheerful in the mornings. The dining options were excellent with a wide choice of breakfast items. However, the hotel is a bit noisy at times due to lift disturbances.
Rooms

The rooms were okay, but they looked different from the pictures I saw on the booking site and faced a dilapidated building.

The staff was cheerful in the afternoons and evenings and very friendly. They offered good suggestions but were tougher in the mornings.
Location

I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is located perfectly in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean but not ideal for handling two large suitcases. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being quite accommodating, while others were less helpful. Overall, the breakfast was fantastic, and it's reasonably priced, making it a good value for money.
Rooms
7.0
The suite was spacious, light, and spotless, but it struggled to accommodate our two large suitcases comfortably, and the air conditioner was right above the bed, making temperature control tricky.
Service

While some staff members were cheerful and accommodating, I found others to be not so helpful. Communication in English was a plus, though.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, situated around the pedestrian streets of Florida and LaValle, with easy access to the Plaza de Mayo area, perfect for exploring Buenos Aires.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location right next to some key attractions. The rooms were okay, but they faced a derelict building which was a bit off-putting. The service was friendly but a little inconsistent, with staff often too busy to help. Dining options were limited, especially if you're not into sweets. Overall, it's a budget-friendly choice for those prioritizing location over amenities.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms had good facilities but faced a derelict building, making the view less appealing. They also lacked a television which was unexpected.
Service
7.0
The service was accommodating, though staff often seemed busy with lines at the front desk. I did appreciate a staff member who showed me around to other options at a nearby hotel.
Location
9.0
The location was brilliant, just around the corner from the Calle Florida and close to Casa Rosada, making it easy to walk to major tourist spots.
Dining
5.0
Dining was below expectations with very few choices; if you're into sweets, you'll be happy, but otherwise, options were a letdown.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were basic and functional but didn't stand out in any way.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were stylishly renovated and clean, but they felt too small and poorly illuminated. The staff was accommodating and friendly, but the service could have been more helpful at times. The location was great, right near main attractions, yet the roadworks nearby were a nuisance. Overall, it was decent value for money, but there were some issues that could be improved.

The hotel offers a luxurious stay with beautifully modern decorated rooms and a huge bed. It's ideally located during the day near key attractions, but the nightlife can be quite lively, with potential noise and safety concerns outside. The service is friendly, especially during the afternoon and evening, and the breakfast options are fantastic. However, it's essential to be cautious at night due to drunk crowds nearby.
